This notice covers the Sun, Fun & Fish website from Chris Kutsch: its coastal-report information, postcard gallery and printable downloads. It does not cover Marzflower Unite or the separate group advertiser website.

Subscriptions and submissions

Online newsletter enrollment, payments, business inquiries and article intake are not open on this website. There are no submission forms here, and downloading a postcard does not sign you up or send a message.

Website delivery and downloads

Cloudflare hosts these pages and processes web requests to deliver them, including requests for images and PDF downloads. Its handling of service information is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Cloudflare can also insert its Web Analytics script for basic visit and page-performance measurement. Cloudflare says this analytics product does not use cookies or local storage or fingerprint visitors for analytics. We have not added advertising analytics or browser-storage signup tools.

The postcard picker calculates a 30-card rotation using the New York date. It does not save your choices to browser storage or send a card to anyone. Messages and addresses you write on a printed card stay off this website.

Outside links and messages

Links to the St. Pete Beach group and Upham Beach Page take you to Facebook. Facebook’s privacy policy and settings apply there. If you message Chris through that Page, the message and any reply are handled through that service. Avoid including passwords, payment details or other people’s private information.
