Print it. Write it.
Send a little coast.
Each PDF contains two landscape pages: the artwork front, then a blank message/address/postage back. Both pages are exactly 6 × 4 inches.
- Choose your postcard and download its PDF. No signup or payment is needed for the postcard download.
- Print at Actual size / 100%. Turn off “Fit” or “Shrink.” Use 6 × 4-inch paper, or print on a larger sheet at actual size and trim to 6 × 4 inches.
- Use suitable postcard stock. USPS’s standard postcard guidance lists 5–6 inches long, 3½–4¼ inches high and 0.007–0.016 inches thick. Ordinary copy paper is usually too thin.
- Test front/back alignment first. Printer feed direction varies; use manual two-sided printing if necessary. The address and postage are on the same back side.
- Write your message on the left and the recipient’s address on the right. Add appropriate postage in the upper-right space. Check current postal rules and postage before mailing; printer output and postal acceptance are not guaranteed.
